Ben Tibi Today download and sync integration mode is available which allows downloads and assignment for every new assets downloaded from the MDM to Dots. (Only if assignee was added to Dots under employees).
By the end of the month (July 2025) a new MDM integration will be released for all MDM integrated with Dots which will allow auto assignment.
Today our integration will assign only new assets downloaded in to the platform, for the first time, and will not update the assignment automatically according to the MDM, but the new version will  sync with the MDM every 8 hours to be "a mirror" view of the MDM except for the assets which will be under Dots activity.
For example: If asset is in our warehouse and you forgot to remove the assignment from the MDM in Dots it it will be under storge and not assigned according to the MDM.
